TextLaunched is a product of Talented Network LLC, a sole proprietorship incorporated in California, United States. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "TextLaunched" refer to Talented Network LLC operating the TextLaunched product. Contact: hello@textlaunched.com.

When you sign up for TextLaunched we collect the email address you sign up with, the brand name you provide, the password you set (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash, never in plain text), and your phone number when you opt in to SMS messaging. When you connect Shopify, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp we receive the customer, order, product, list, and campaign data those vendors expose via their APIs in the scopes you grant. We log basic usage telemetry (page views, button clicks, AI brain prompts you send) so we can debug and improve the product.

We use the data you connect to ground the AI marketing manager: it reads your customer + order history to suggest campaigns, segments, and flows that fit your brand voice. We use your email and phone to send you transactional messages (signup confirmation, password reset, campaign approval requests, performance summaries) and the messages you have opted in to. We do not sell your data, we do not share your customer data with third parties for advertising, and we do not use your customer data to train any cross-tenant model.

By providing your phone number during signup, or by texting our dedicated SMS number from your phone, you consent to receive SMS messages from TextLaunched related to your account and the AI marketing manager workflow. Messages may include campaign drafts to approve, performance recaps, and operational notifications. Message frequency varies based on your usage; typical operators receive between 5 and 25 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile opt-in or phone number with any third party for marketing purposes; SMS opt-in is a separate consent from your email or marketing preferences.

We use first-party cookies for session management (so you stay signed in) and a small set of analytics cookies to understand which pages and flows operators use. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising and do not set third-party advertising cookies on textlaunched.com. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; clearing them will sign you out.

Data is stored in PostgreSQL on Supabase (US-East region), with row-level security enforced at the database boundary so each tenant only sees its own data. API keys you provide for Shopify, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp are encrypted at rest. Stripe handles all payment information; we never see or store your full credit card number.

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, during which time you can export your data or sign back up to restore it. After 30 days we delete your tenant data. Backups are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery and then expire.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing us at hello@textlaunched.com. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to portability and the right to object to processing. We honor these requests within 30 days.

TextLaunched is a B2B product intended for business operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to active operators at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
