Yes. We pull your klaviyo lists, segments, flows, campaigns, profiles, and templates over the api. You keep your klaviyo account active until you decide to switch. No credit card needed to migrate.
02Why is the free tier email-only?+
SMS is the most expensive variable cost we carry. Free tier exists so you can get your agent on without us asking for a card. Paid plans unlock sms.
03Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
04How does the AI ground itself in my data?+
When you connect shopify or toast, the agent reads your customer + order history. Drafts cite the segments and time windows they used. You approve every draft over sms before it ships.
05What happens if the agent drafts something off-brand?+
Reply DROP. The draft is cancelled. Reply WHY and the agent re-drafts with a different angle. You stay in the loop.
